Someone was in Chernobyl?

I want to visit Chernobyl after the quarantine. Is it dangerous to be there? Is there much radiation?

  • No, I've never been there. As for radiation, there is not much of it there anymore. Where they drive tourists, there is no radiation at all.
  • Yes, I was in Chernobyl last year, just at the time of the series ' release. I can say that this is an amazing place to visit. This is an incredible ratio of buildings and greenery. But there are still some places where it's better not to go. For example, in the basement of the clinic there are things liquidators of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and unfortunately the radiation there is off the scale. Also, after the explosion, there were many things that settled in the zone and emit radiation to this day. Therefore, it is better to stock up on a Geiger counter .
