Physical Stores Count Even As Digital Sales Grow

A report from A.T. Kearney makes the case for the importance of physical stores, even when it comes to online purchasing. The report notes that two thirds of those who buy online use a store at some point in the purchasing process, and retailers use stores to drive online sales.
