2017 marks the 25th year in which ADA requirements have been in effect. Nevertheless, problems with compliance still exist. A recent Building Operating Management article looked at the impact of more open offices on ADA compliance. It turns out to be a good news-bad news situation: In many ways, more open offices make it easier to comply with ADA, but ADA violations can still exist even in open spaces.
