For our July issue, I took a look at some of the concerns that go into doors and hardware when it comes time to install, repair and/or replace. One thing I learned: In a high-rise facility, the floor can be several inches higher or lower on one side compared to the other, which adds another layer of complexity to making sure you're got the clearances required by code. Do you have any good doors and hardware advice for your fellow FMs? If so, share it here.
Whenever people tried to remodel or replace their old flooring, the height is generally keep above than previous.
Some layers are install above the floor.
