IFMA has a new home — a new Houston headquarters that the association has dubbed the Service Center of Excellence. The space is designed to provide mobility to employees both inside and away from the office. That approach allowed IFMA to reduce useable space by half, one of several green strategies incorporated into the space. IFMA says that it will open other Service Centers of Excellence around the world, taking appropriate features from the Houston facility.
