You know they're out there, a retrofitting success story waiting to be told. I'm writing a story for the March issue of Maintenance Solutions on government facilities and their retrofit projects - whether it's lighting, HVAC, roofing, you name it. We want to hear about it for a potential story. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Just an update on this topic: We found an interesting story for March on the Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building in Sacramento, Calif., where the state is putting the bow on a $65 million renovation that covered virtually the entire building, while preserving the historic fabric that helped the nearly 90-year-old building join the National Register of Historic Places.
To anyone who submitted story ideas, we have them on file and will keep them for future planning. There were some great ideas!
