It's the end of the year, when everybody is in dire need of a vacation and nerves are just a wee bit frayed. For Throwback Thursday I thought I'd share another of my favorites from the FM Complaints archives.
Facility management demands the highest level of customer service decorum, even when faced with absurd requests. However, whether due to stress or personality, this FM cracked just a bit and let his wise guy side show. Enjoy!
"We once received an emergency work order (highest priority) to turn around the toilet paper roll because it was installed backwards. Our response was 'Toilet paper roll direction is a matter of personal preference and may depend on multiple critical life safety issues such as whether or not you have a kitten on the lose.'"
