Chiller tripped

We have 7nos of Centrifugal chiller Mc-Quay.640Tr each.

Our Chiller no.07 frequent tripped as per Alarm below:

After checking,we found that lux for cable connector burned.Any body can help me to resolve this problem

    It is hard to do a long distance troubleshoot. I am going to figure you fixed the cable connector and that you want to resolve the trip problem.

    Is this the total number of trips you have experienced?

    The oil pressure trips should require a manual reset. Was an operator resetting on the evening of the 15th and left at 21:34? The Oil Temp Out Of Range could have been from shutting off power to the chiller at that time.

    Did an operator return the morning of the 16th and try to restart from 7:24 until 8:37? Would the Evaporator Flow loss be cause by isolating the machine?

    If you have 7 chillers and this is No. 7 is it at the end of a header or loop where it may have low CW flow and a low Delta T? Check differentials with the same gauge, move it to test.

    Does the evaporator use a refrigerant that operates at less than atmospheric? The oil pressure would be the difference between the evaporator pressure and the pump output. A little more on a vacuum machine; less on at pressurized one.

    Evaporator pressure is a function of oil pressure. Is this machine starting unloaded? It should be and once stabilized the load can be brought on. I am asking this because your trip times are sometimes 5 minutes or so apart. The should be a compressor coast down time anti restart of about 5 minutes minimum. You might be dropping the evaporator pressure too soon at startup.
